Registration is $150.00 which includes entry for one athlete, event shirt, event bag, and use of timing chip. There is no entry fee for spectators (other than National Park requirements), we encourage you to bring friends and family to cheer you on! Sorry but there are no refunds.
Last year, we reached our limit of 900 registrants instantly!
Since there is a cut-off for amount of participants in this event, no refunds will be given for any reason. Multiple organizations are involved in the registration process and due to the preparation necessary to operate a smooth event, there will be no refunds or exchanges after your online registration is complete. Photo identification is required when you pick up your race bib and timing chip. If you use a race bib and timing chip that is not assigned to your name this will result in the results being removed and a lifetime ban of both athletes who took part in the unauthorized transfer.

• Login to RunSignUp, and verify that all your profile information is correct (or correct it!)
• From your RunSignUp profile, use the “Update Info” button to pre-set your preferences, including emergency contact info and your preferred t-shirt size. This will auto-populate these fields during your registration.
• Have your credit card at hand! If you have recently registered for a race on RunSignUp, you may have chosen to save your credit card information, but it’s best to have the card information with you.
If for some reason you are unable to commit to the event after registering, you have the option to transfer your participant number to anyone you choose. Transfers are permitted only from May 1 to May 25, (this timing window assists the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park Service with properly registering names and adhering to safety regulations).
At this link, there is a tab labeled manage my registration. On May 1st when the transfer period opens, there will be a tab within manage my registration giving the participant options to transfer.
